- Imate pravo na pun povraćaj novca u roku od 14 dana od kupovine, ako kod još nije iskorišćen za ulazak u igru.
- Ako igra zbog tehničkog problema na našoj strani ne može da se igra ili završi, vraćamo novac ili šaljemo novi kod, po vašem izboru, i posle početka igre.
- Kada tim uđe u igru i igra je ispravna, povraćaj nije moguć jer je digitalni sadržaj isporučen.
Kako se traži povraćaj
Pišite nam na door404@escaperoom.co.rs sa mejlom kojim ste platili i kodom igre, ili se obratite direktno Paddle-u preko linka u mejlu sa računom. Plaćanje i povraćaj obrađuje Paddle.com, prodavac (Merchant of Record) za naše porudžbine. Novac se vraća na isti način na koji je plaćeno, obično u roku od 5 do 10 radnih dana.

Refund Policy
The only product paid for on this website is the online game Better World Alliance. Bookings for our escape rooms are not paid through the website.
Online game Better World Alliance
- You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the game code has not yet been used to enter the game.
- If a technical problem on our side prevents you from playing or finishing the game, we will refund you or send a new code, at your choice, even after the game has started.
- Once your team has entered a working game, the digital content has been delivered and no refund is given.
How to request a refund
Email us at door404@escaperoom.co.rs with the email address used for payment and your game code, or contact Paddle directly using the link in your receipt email. Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for our orders. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
