Koje podatke prikupljamo
- Rezervacija termina: ime, telefon, mejl, izabrana igra, datum, broj igrača i napomena.
- Kontakt forma: ime, kontakt podaci i poruka.
- Online igra: mejl na koji šaljemo kod, ime koje igrač upiše pri ulasku, kod tima, napredak u igri i poruke koje igrači pišu u četu igre.
- Podaci o korišćenju sajta preko Google Analytics, Google Ads i Ahrefs analitike.
Plaćanje
Plaćanje online igre obrađuje Paddle.com kao prodavac (Merchant of Record). Podatke o kartici unosite kod Paddle-a i mi ih ne vidimo. Od Paddle-a dobijamo samo mejl kupca i potvrdu plaćanja.
Zašto ih koristimo
Da potvrdimo rezervaciju i javimo se gostu, da pošaljemo kod za igru, da igra radi za ceo tim i da unapredimo sajt. Poruke iz četa igre šaljemo AI servisu (Google Gemini, preko Lovable AI) samo da bi likovi u igri odgovorili.
Kome se podaci prosleđuju
Pružaocima usluga koji nam pomažu da sajt radi: hosting (Lovable i Cloudflare), baza podataka (Supabase), slanje mejlova (Resend), plaćanje (Paddle), AI odgovori u igri (Lovable AI i Google) i analitika (Google, Ahrefs). Podatke ne prodajemo.
Koliko ih čuvamo
Podatke o rezervacijama i kupovinama čuvamo dok su potrebni za uslugu i zakonske obaveze. Poruke iz četa igre brišu se po isporuci igračima.

The data controller is Escape Room Door 404, Narodnog fronta 10, 21000 Novi Sad, Serbia. For any questions about your data, email door404@escaperoom.co.rs.
What we collect
- Room bookings: name, phone, email, chosen game, date, number of players and note.
- Contact form: name, contact details and message.
- Online game: the email we send your code to, the name a player enters when joining, the team code, game progress and messages players type in the in-game chat.
- Website usage data through Google Analytics, Google Ads and Ahrefs analytics.
Payments
Payments for the online game are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. You enter card details with Paddle and we never see them. We only receive the buyer's email and payment confirmation.
Why we use it
To confirm bookings and contact guests, to deliver game codes, to run the game for the whole team and to improve the website. In-game chat messages are sent to an AI service (Google Gemini, via Lovable AI) only so the in-game characters can reply.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help run the website: hosting (Lovable and Cloudflare), database (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), payments (Paddle), in-game AI replies (Lovable AI and Google) and analytics (Google, Ahrefs). We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Booking and purchase data are kept as long as needed for the service and legal obligations. In-game chat messages are deleted once delivered to players.

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by emailing door404@escaperoom.co.rs.
